About the Author
Hari Kalymnios studied Physics with Astrophysics at the University of Manchester where he earned a First Class Honours degree. Following his degree, Hari’s continued desire to learn and grow saw him spend three years independently travelling the world, meeting and getting to know a variety of people and cultures. On returning to the UK, Hari settled into a city profession, however his real passion lay in health and fitness which led him to pursue those areas instead. Frustrated at seeing colleagues feeling lacklustre, de-energised or suffering with their health or weight, Hari sought to understand what it was that made the difference. Why is it that some people can be the size they want, exercise (or accomplish whatever their goals in life are) when others can’t? Hari wanted to know the reason. His research led him to studying several fields including health, fitness, nutrition, psychology and NLP amongst others. Distilling the most useful parts of his research, coupled with his own lifetime of experiences, Hari has detailed in an extremely easy-to-read and companion-led book, the steps needed for a person to make noticeable shifts in their thinking. And hence be able to take perceptible and genuine steps to achieving their goals. Hari is 35 years old and lives in London where he runs his website and business for helping people achieve their health goals – www.TheThoughtGym.com

The author, Hari Kalymnios, seems very knowledgeable in this area and the book is constructed in such a way that it guides you, and becomes more than just a book. Hari appears to have thought of everything - including providing both audio and video support tutorials for the processes he gets us to do. I'm glad that there's finally a no-nonsense book on the market and one which looks at the long term too - not just the quick fix solutions that many other diet and health books promote. If you're considering buying The Thought Gym, then I would strongly encourage you to make that additional step. You won't regret it!
I was still anxiously waiting... until I discovered this book. This promising new author is the first to go against that grain. His vocabulary, style of writing, in-depth knowledge and life-changing solutions to common contemporary issues, enables you to change your game and fulfil your life to how you've always dreamt of it to be.
For all you ditherers... Take a chance on this book, you won't regret it.
Rather than give a life style how-to list, a change your attitude sort of approach, Hari Kalymnios has built a resource library in one book that can either give you a thought and action for the day, or a set of daily tasks and thoughts that could fill a week of focused activity in one topic.
Thoroughly enjoyable read, I look forward to the writer's next instalment - highly recommended
There are a number of exercises to do which people may be tempted to skip, each takes about 5-10mins, these I found were very powerful and are the stepping stones to achieve the body you want by thinking the right thoughts and creating better habits.
Simple to read and follow and one of the best books I have read to actually deliver lasting changes and results! Highly recommended.
