HASH(0x99f91558) out of 5 stars "Harmless" poets threaten future world 22 Jun. 2013
By Carol Mello - Published on Amazon.com

Like the sci-fi short story "Intelligent Design" by Linda Andrews, et al, this story is about a world/universe run by corporations. The corporations also create beings using technology.

in this version, the corporations decide to experiment with recreating historical persons from the past. The corps envision using the recreated people (from DNA and known personality traits) as dog and pony shows to showcase their technology. The lead scientist selects 3 dead poets as harmless persons to bring back: Byron, Shelley, and Keats. How much trouble could poets cause? Quite a bit once they grasp how much the world is "enslaved" to corporations.

Never underestimate a poet and the power of a master of words.

I loved the characterizations of the poets by the author. Recommended for English Lit lovers.

Actually a funny little story. Nice drawing and characterization of Keats, Shelley, and Bryon. The story is about what happens when they get cloned. It really does make sense.
