I got mine today and can confirm it fits really well with the dock connected and still fairly well with just the tablet
The only reason it didn't get five stars is it has a chemical smell, although I assume this is a fire retardant coating which will fade with time.
All in all this looks like it will be a perfectly adequate every-day protector for the tablet, and will stop the accidental release of the microSD card (lost one already).
It fits very snuggly on the pad and keyboard, which was the main reason for choosing this one. It's of course a little loose on just the pad, but not at all bad, unlike other sleeves that I was considering going by their reviews. It also just fits in my UltimateAddons Green Messenger Style Bag for Apple iPad 2 where bulkier sleeves likely wouldn't.
Not a bad product, but considering it's nothing more than a few bits of neoprene stiched together, it's very pricey. Other sleeves are much cheaper, just not so well cut for the Transformer.
I feel it fits the Transformer Prime + Keyboard perfect and would not want it any bigger or smaller. I've taken it traveling and bring it in a out of the case constantly through the day with no issue.
No room for extras but that's exactly what I wanted, just something to provide a bit of protection when moving about or leaving it sitting about my desk.
Had a slight chemical smell which is fadeing btu apart from that all is well.
After the terible excuses for cases I bought before this I can't recommend this enough. Nice to buy a case that does as intended.

Fits the transformer prime with keyboard attached and is nice and snug. Strong seams hold it together and after months of use it is still going strong. Very pleasedPublished on 14 Sept. 2012 by Anonymous Coward
compared to other items out there then this is a little too basic and not cheap for what it is. i opted for a much better version elsewhere for a few more pounds.Published on 27 Jun. 2012 by Ian
