A fascinating book of aerial photos of the Thames, from its understated source near Kemble in the Cotswolds to its final muddy exit into the sea at Southend.

The photos are intriguing and beautiful, and snippets of text point out everything you might want to know about each one - including where nearly all the pubs are! The only problem is that it's too big and heavy to take with you on the walk.

After taking a delightful cruise on the Thames this book is a fabulous reference to relive our great experience. I would highly recomend this book.

Gave this as a Xmas present to someone who lived for some time in Oxford and had spent time walking the Thames. Very successful gift !
