The content in The Karate Code is interesting. Although some of the "essays" are barely more than a paragraph. Others are longer though and overall I would definitely say the book is worth reading if you care about Karate and are seeking meaning that might be found in its practice. My biggest issue with the book is the price. I don't like the low quality of the printing. The pages are fairly roughly cut, the cover is flimsy and the printed images on the pages are low resolution. Overall it looks like a self-printed book (it says on the back that it is printed by Amazon). The content and presentation are not worth £20, I would say closer to £10.

An inspiring compilation of wisdom from masters of karate collected by the author who has a passion and knowledge, and is helping to keep our martial art alive in the true spirit of karate.

A brief but fascinating look at what Karate-do really means from the original Masters viewpoint . Thoughtful material to consider.
