Not for me

Yes it is detailed, but does not explain the topic well. You need to already know something about the subject before trying to read this book. I have set it aside until I have some practical experience and then may try it again.
Having read several books on the topic I would suggest a far better bet would be The Bowen Technique by Julian Baker, it is far the most interesting and informative. Well written, excellent diagrams and photography explaining the technique throughout. More importantly it is readable, interesting and with the right amount of humour to keep the pages turning. Now that is definitely five stars.
