I devour books on martial arts. I love them. I also train in the Bujinkan, have done for many years. That said, I fully cannot understand how this was even allowed to get past the rejection stage of the book-making process. It was a waste of money, time and processing power.
I am half way through this set of notes, I have also sent a lifetime in the Bujinkan and Trained with all the people quoted in this book, The book then has more interest to me than most people because of that.
So I was disappointed overall that he had discovered nothing more than I had about Budo before he snuffed it boring and full of fortune cookie wisdom.
book would suite a person not advanced in Budo.
The book does get better as you get passed half way. still I would have to be bored to bother finishing it.
15 months after buying it the book is still on the book shelf half read. so that says a lot about it down one more star.
