As I am looking into being a hedgewick Wiccan

I was glad to get this once so secret book. It contains all the rites and instructions for organised coven worship but is of value to the sole practitioner. It is useful to refer to when reading material by the Farrers for example and for devising your own rites. there is a certain dignity about it which in itself is inspiring.

The title of this book looked promising. I expected a serious book on Gardnerian and Alexandrian Wicca. This book of Shadows bear too many marks of the copy'n paste from the Internet. Add a promising title and past the number of pages required to make it look ike a book. The author didn't care to remove tags from web pages. I mean - html tags - what are they doing in a book? Was the book even edited after ctrl + v?

So the author has collected a bunch of Wicca formulas from here and there. But the sources are never stated in the text. The Wicca rituals can be found on the Internet - at least in the version shown in this book. In the end however you find a list of sources, but it is not totally clear where what came from.

Costumers would be better of if they bought more serious works e.g. "The Book of Black Magic and Pacts" by Arthur Edward Waite, "The Goetia" by Crowley / Mathers (1904) or similar works.

Perhaps I'm a bit disappointed because I was looking for a genuine Gardnerian "Book of Shadows".
