What can I say. Even though Snoop is one of the best rappers in the game, after Doggystyle his albums were less than average. Now, through hard work, Snoop put alot of effort into The Last Meal, to be back on top. Was it worth it? Oh Yes! This album combines both slow paced beats and fast paced cruising tunes. When first hearing this album, certain songs jump at you, like Lay Low and Hennesey n Buddah. But upon further listening you relise this album has it all. Alot of people were expecting better from Snoop, but I say, if its better than this, it would be the greatest album of all time. The Last Meal is as good as Doggystyle and easily puts Snoop back on top. The Last Meal has producers from Dr Dre, Timbaland and even Swizz Beats. There are appearances from Master P, Nate Dogg, Kokane, Eve, Ice Cube, MC Ren and more. If you love Snoop or even just Westcoast HipHop, Your love this album. Give it a chance and your be hooked. PEACE

bearing in mind that "the last meal" is the d-o-double-gs last album with no limit, he does a brilliant job of leaving his farewell speech. this is easily his best album since "doggystyle" so its worth getting it for that. tracks range through a lot of styles, tracks such as "true lies", "losin control" and "hennesey and buddah" display the true g-funk sound, and tracks such as "issues" are reminiscent of the funky vibe of snoops album "the doggfather." However, for a more modern sound, tracks like "snoop dogg(whats my name 2" and "set it off" are true classics. The rhymes are tight, and Dre and Timbaland do a superb job on the beats. For any Snoop fan/west coast fan - infact, hip hop fan, get this album.

Upon signing to No limit records Snoop adopted bounce beats over his done and tested p-funk bbeats; while this caused some of his fans to waver it also showed the versatility of the worlds greatest rap star;snoop has now returned to his roots, after teasing us with the 1999 top dogg snoop has gone all out and released his best album yet-including D-------e, peep yall gon miss me for snoops self explanatory explnation of his contribution to the rap game; tracks like Hennesy and Buddah Lay Low find snoop on his best form over dre beats whilst stalewart meech wells steals the show with the pulsating issues and the Hypnotic Go away; with out the best west coast album released this year.

this is snoop back to his best, this album is coming off the succes of deathrows=dead man walking, this album is full of good beats, good production with the likes of dr.dre and daz.this is his last album befor leaving 'no limt records'. This album see's snoop back up there with the qualaty of 'doggystyle'.Guest apperences include the normal DPG crew=nate dogg, kurupt and daz. Also there is an apperence by 'eve'(ruff ryders),this is deffenatly a classic westcoast album wich should see the west reclaim the status they did with 'death row records'at its peak. plus don't forget to pick up 'xzibitz'new album,'xzibit'is also featured on this album!

Snoop Doggy Dogg. What can you say about the man? He came onto the scene in 1993, making guest appearences on Dr Dre's album "The Chronic". Then he dropped his first album, "Doggystyle", which was undoubtedly a Hip-Hop classic. But then Deathrow started to fall apart, and Snoop Dogg fell apart with them. After releasing 3 weak albums, tha fans were promised Snoop Dogg would be back to his best. But in all honesty, he is far from it. This could have been a classic album, but tracks like "Fathers Day" feat Xzibit were left out and replaced by poor songs like "Stacy Adams" and "I Can't Swim". This is by no means a COMPLETE failure though. Because "Bring It On" and "Wrong Idea" are first class tracks but the rest of the album is poor and Snoop Dogg's career is now obviously over.
