I bought two boxes in early January and I did notice straight away that the packaging was different. However, there was no mention of a change to the chocolate selection so I wasn't concerned. As soon as I got home and opened the box I soon realised that the contents had in fact changed drastically. Terry's All Gold were my absolute favourite box of chocolates because I loved every sweet in the box. There were none that I disliked (coffee, Turkish delight, marzipan or liqueurs). To my disappointment I discovered that Terry's had now added a coffee sweet, a Turkish delight sweet and a marzipan one to the selection. Not only that, but the quality of the chocolate is much lower than previously.
Unfortunately I would never consider buying these again (unless I managed to find an old batch) because they are so disappointing. If I had tried them for the first time that day, I would still have been annoyed that I had wasted my money.
What a shame that such a great product has been changed for the worse. Let's hope they don't do the same to Terry's Chocolate Oranges!
