More fun and learning for pre-school tots as Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po invade the screens once more in their multi-coloured costumes. In this volume they meet a tap-dancing teddy and loads of dancing children.
The cuddly foursome guide young viewers through all aspects of the weather in Teletubbies, Happy Weather Stories. This 68-minute video has all the hallmarks of the much-loved BBC series including the baby in the sun, the magic windmill and short films of real children--in this instance shown having a great deal of fun flying kites, splashing in puddles and building sandcastles. From clear blue skies to a snowy day in Teletubbyland, Po, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Tinky Winky discover the elements in their own unique way, providing a gentle introduction to the weather for the very young.--Helen Baker --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

In terms of the DVD - its a compilation of different Teletubbies dances, which our daughter loves, and she has even started to copy a couple of the moves which is hilarious. The DVD also lasts about 50 minutes or so, which is a fair length, although as with the TV programme, you always think it could be a bit more. In summary though, a good DVD, and should keep the kiddies occupied for a while (although be ready for them to want you to join in the dances!!)
It's slow moving and gentle, which may be boring and incomprehensible to adults but is benficial for small kids who are often overwhelmed by the imformation overload, with lots of repetition so inexperienced minds have a chance take it all in.
