I think this is a well-written book and easy to read - the issue is now trying to get a teenager to read it when they are stressed!

I have bought this book twice, once for myself and once as a resource that I have loaned to young people and families.
This is a wonderful, useful resource for anyone working with teenagers. As a support worker, I have found this and Nicola Morgan's understanding the teenage brain two of my most read and most quoted texts with families.

Its a great book for my daughter she told me that it felt like this book was the only thing in the world that understood her, and shes only 13 nearly 14. So i definitely decided to read this book for myself as a mum and it truly was very specifically sure about what teenagers these days feel like and it also helped me to understand my daughter at least a bit more. I recommend this book for teenagers(as its supposed to be for) and also adults that have children, teenager siblings etc.
