Great poetry lessons for, say, grades 6-12-- detailed instructions for teacher, multiple examples, and helpful worksheets. In my mixed grade 9-12 Creative Writing classes I've used several of the lessons with good success.

Great poetry ideas. I used this with a group of middle school students in a summer program. It was extremely helpful. The kids loved writing the limericks most of all.

This book is wonderful, since I bought it I use it as supplemental material all the time. My students really seem to enjoy the scaffolding and example poems.
