Not a bad book, provides a lot of information about up to date reputable schools in the world along with brief overviews of the current situation in countries. Very informative. Would have been better providing more of an insight about day to day living and full stories of people who have travelled. They have mini snippets from various people but they tend to be promoting a specific course or school, or directed towards specific people (such as Americans etc). If I knew nothing about how to survive a year abroad then this book wouldn't be the most informative, but it certainly good at providing an overview

A great guidebook to help those exploring the world of English Language Teaching. I bought it because my training college submitted my review of their course for publishing.

Not that helpful for Americans - this book is better for those located in the UK as most of the information directly relates to overseas contact/institution information - also, I bought this book to find out more information about Japan - the ASIA section is very limited - great book but not very helpful for my purposes.
