Was forced to buy this for university. It is seriously the most unhelpful book ever. Unless you have a really really good understanding of higher level spanish then don't buy this book. It is very haphazardly organized and is definitely not for beginners or for people who are interested in self study. The only way this book is even remotely useful is in a classroom situation, but even then it is basically totally pointless. If you want a really good grammar textbook that will teach you the basics but also that you can continue to refer to once you have gotten better at spanish then go for the one before this which is Tu Diras. An altogether much better book and the only reason that I got through my university degree in spanish!
