As a keen cook, I found the recipes clear and easy to follow and took a devine pleasure in sampling the wonderful results. This book is filled with a superb variety of aromatic and delightful recipes, beautifully photographed and well worth buying if you're a foodie with a passion for Asian food.

This book has plenty recipes from all over and the few that I have tried are indeed DELICIOUS. I do recommend this book highly but for those who have the basics of cooking already. If you have some basics in cooking you will find this book very helpful and rate it as 5 stars.

This book is amazing. The photographs are breathtaking. I sometimes just flip through the book to look at the photographs and read about the different countries and Madhur's experiences. Unlike any other cook book I own. I have made several recipes in this book. They might seem intimidating for a novice cook, but for seasoned cooks such as myself, I love cooking from this book. I am going to purchase more of her books from Amazon. It is more than a cookbook. It is an adventure!
