These are my go to pods for my Tassimo machine. I use these Americano pods in a variety of ways. Drunk black they are very smooth. Add a small amount of frothy milk and you have a lovely flat white. I also do half and half with hot frothy milk for the perfect latte. I prefer to buy pods and add my own milk for the following reasons:
1. The milk pods double the price of a coffee.
2. The milk pods don't make the coffee hot enough.
3. They are too sweet for my taste.
4. You can add as much or little milk as you like.
All I do is while the coffee is being made is add some milk to an old glass caffetier, microwave it for two minutes then use the top of the caffetier as a plunger to froth the milk, works perfectly. (Tip, remove the mesh filter from the caffetier for best results.)
