Product description

Created by horror legend George A. Romero, Tales From The Darkside was a television series adapted from the Creepshow feature franchise. Similar in style to other shows such as The Twilight Zone and Tales From The Crypt, each episode told a dark tale, each series encompassing horror, fantasy, sci-fi and even black comedy, not to mention plenty of unexpected twists! Season 2 comprises 24 episodes, written by classic authors and screenwriters such as Stephen King, Harlan Ellison, Clive Barker, Robert Bloch and John Cheever.

Great tales however could have done with a little remastering. Very 80s but still enjoyable. Currently being shown on the horror channel.

Being a great fan of horror and sci-fi i looked forward to watching these episodes. what a waste of time!! uninspired, dull and about as interesting as a wet weekend in bognor! talk about average!!. i found it a really hard slog to get through these episodes. i have seen some other episodes of tales from the dark side that were from a different series and they were not to bad, but series 2 is a dud... beware............

This series is quite poor. Some of the stories are ok, but the very 80s, low-grade video used makes the show look terrible, cheap and tacky.

I saw that the prices of the remaining seasons after seeing season 1 were so cheap that I went ahead and bought them all. I enjoy the short story format and they still have the capacity to surprise.... A Good purchase.
