Almost £10:00 for 30 recipies is quite a price to pay, but, the recipes do work.
This was bought along with a tagine and we have tried 3 recipes so far, all of which were a culinary treat.
I would recommend this as a starter book for Moroccan dishes.
It also has useful hints and tips on tagine cooking and Moroccan spice mixes

Full range of Moroccan cuisines, especially if you have the bug for trying out new cooking styles, this book is clear, and simple to cook and follow dishes that you cant go wrong. I'm actually about to choose a couple of tagines for my family dinner on Wednesday.

I purchased this recipe book as it focused more on traditional tagine recipes. I had found that most tagine recipes that came up when I searched the internet were recipes cooked with dried fruit. Although there are a couple of those in this book, there are also plenty of authentic recipes which include lots of gorgeous vegetables. I have only tried the first recipe in the book so far - the moroccan fish tagine and it was beautiful. Very easy to follow recipes with something for everyone. A must.
