This is a fast paced, great workout which is similar to Get Ripped, but at the same time, having different routines included.
I find it quite amusing to see the girls going from their places in the back in earlier releases, to the front row as the series progresses.
However, if you're disappointed with some of the workouts released after Christmas, you won't be disappointed with this.
I do Tae Bo every day, and every day I'm drenched with sweat. I was a hefty 13 1/2 stone when I started doing Tae Bo in earnest, and it's helped me drop to under 12 stone.
I love it!

This is a great workout, with better music and a nice mixture
of total body exercise!
As it's split into sections you can choose which one's you do
(for now I am sticking to the Basic part) but know that I will
eventually be doing it all!
If you like BB you'll love this!
I was your average guy with below average gut! Last year, at the beginning of the year,I started going to gym for the first 13 weeks or so (like the year before that...) and then work commitments, trek to gym and etc etc endless excuses got in the way and the outcome? back to sitting in front of the telly wishing I could lose the weight!! This year, I decided to stop the excuses.How? well no trek to gym and do something on my own time: what? Get a fitness DVD!!! So far so good...But, if you are not serious about losing the wieght and looking MUCH MUCH better than you are now, don't buy fitness DVDs!!!
Back to this DVD: In this particular DVD , you have three choices: Beginner's (half hour or so), 8 minutes or Advanced (one hour) sessions.
Each session is pacey, fast, gets your body moving, your arms swinging and your legs kicking!! If you have time, you can use beginners or advanced. If you don't, you can use 8 minutes session. Whatever you choose, trust me, you'll sweat bucket loads and feel better.
The instructor gets even closer to the screen and pretends he is looking at you and gives you encouragements and instructions which make you do them!!!
Are you looking for one fitness DVD that you'll always love and use? Get this one. I recommend it. Well done Billy!!
