THIS BRACKET SEEMED POTENTIALLY A GOOD BUY, BUT UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME I TOOK A CHANCE AS THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMER REVIEWS TO GO BY. SADLY I FOUND THIS PRODUCT TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS SIMILAR TV MOUNTS, IN THAT IT IS NOT ABLE TO BE SECURELY FASTENED TO A SLIM TV OR A TV THAT IS ROUNDED OR SLOPES AT THE REAR & UNLIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH OTHER MOUNTS, I HAVE TRIED REVERSING THE BRACKET AT THE REAR, BUT STILL TO NO AVAIL. IT IS A REASONABLE QUALITY PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE (NOT GREAT) BUT UNLESS YOUR TV IS SQUARE EDGED & APPROX 55-60 MM MIN THICKNESS I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING.
1 PIECE OF ADVICE I STRONGLY OFFER IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS READ OTHER CUSTOMER REVIEWS (ESPECIALLY THE LOWEST FIRST(1-2*'s)) THEN BASE YOUR JUDGEMENT ON YOUR OWN PERSONAL FINDINGS.
I HOPE ALL THAT READ THIS FIND IT HONEST, UN-BIASED & HELPFUL.

Seems reasonable for the price, but slightly disappointed that it won't close up enough to provide a reasonable grip on my slimline TV, instead I'm forced to rely on the fact that the backplate is long enough for it to balance, but it doesn't look completely stable.

This product is ok for the price, it kind of fits my TV (Sony Bravia), which has a slightly rounded back. The main concern is that the plastic is not very rigid, so bends quite easily making it unstable. I've purchased some hook and eye tape so that it gives it a little more grip to the TV.

The item is fine for its intended purpose. The housing that the Kinect sits in is sturdy and snug giving you confidence that if it was knocked it would remain in place.

The main issue that have been covered in the reviews below show that the bracket can only be adjusted to sit on the old LED back lit/LCD/Plasma tv's which had more depth to them.

If you have bought a new TV in the past 18 months it will likley not fit. I did manage to over come the problem however, as I simply reversed the slider arm (you'll understand if you buy it) and it fits my new TV like a glove.

I didn't really need a stand, but every now and then my kinect would tell me I wasn't there (not good when you're about to save a free kick, mid-swing or getting your groove on). Turns out it was sat a few cm lower than is advised, so I put my hand in my pocket and got this.
Admittedly, it isn't a secure enough fit to hold in place if your tv starts moving, but who does that? It fits the sensor great and is a very easy instillation (if you could even call it that)...slide together on the tvv, do the screw a bit to clamp the mount to itself, add kinect, done!

I bought this thinking it was a good idea as I have just set up a sound bar and have no room for the Kinect. What a mistake. I have a 46inch LED TV. Not only does it not fit no matter what way round I put it, it also looks huge and completely out of place. Very obtrusive. I wouldn't even have used it even if it did fit. I also put the Kinect into the holder and it got stuck. So from the point of view of it being secure, top points!

I'll get straight to the point.

Measure the depth of your TV. If it is more than 11cm then dont bother.

If your practical with a drill, stanley knife and hacksaw then give it a shot. You can get another inch out of the maximum depth.

Besides depth issue, a good product
