a good sized handle bar bag , witr botte a reflective strip on the front. i'm not sure the use of the water bottle holder . i don't think it's a good idea to put an offset weighted item on your handlebars like that. i'll either be using it for something else or i'll cut it off.
the phone holder is also too small for and modern phone, i knew both these things before buying. my main need was a bag big enough and this does the trick. for the money i'd say it's a good buy compared to some of the other bags out there.
i'm not sure how long the mounting bracket spring will last and i'm guessing getting a replacement would be impossible but i could always replace the whole holder.
the bag isn't waterproof but has a cover . with my last bag i just sprayed both the bag and the cover with waterproofing and it didn't let a single drip in.
