IT seemed that the book is giving a person who might be lactose intolerant Some hope. And that doesn't mean a death sentence for a person, who doesn't always feel good and gets trapped not avoiding a lot of foods, which leaves you wondering what you can eat. The concept that maybe one has a tolerant level was a new one to me and hat some foods may have more lactose in them than others,. Interesting.
