A toaster is a toaster... is a toaster... or so I thought.
Not very practical. Before the slice of bread is started to acquire any colour in the middle, the edges are already burning. I thought I'd persevere, change to different settings... nothing; just more of the same.
Today, I decided to toast some rye bread, roughly the thickness of a medium sliced bread. The slice went between the metal edges at the bottom and got stuck there. I managed to take most of it out with the help of a knife and a fork, but still left a big chunk at the bottom. It ended up going to the side of the toaster (at the curved end) and there was no way of getting it out of there! I ended up having to unscrew it all and put it back together. Not how toasters should work.
Off to the shops to get another one. I've had enough of this one!!
