I have used this in P4C sessions, in class reading, PSCE lessons and with a mixture of age ranges. This is an outstanding book for teaching and learning, citizenship and personal development as well as being a box of gaso out loud delights. Superb!

Well ok, un-PC isn't exactly right, it doesn't set out to offend anybody. But a lot of children's books these days are annoying because they appear to be preachy or somehow are designed to socially engineer your children. This doesn't, it tells a simple story that veers of completely unexpectedly. I'm going to find more books by Tony Ross.

Used this book to teach children that being perfect does not always mean you will be liked. A lovely story that really got the message across..
