Product Description

About the Author

Sue Linker moved from the plains of eastern Colorado to the Pacific Northwest more than 20 years ago, and that's when she discovered quilts and quilters. She is now dedicated to both, teaching classes and workshops for guilds and quilt shops throughout Washington and Oregon. Sue specializes in hand quilting and is most interested in having students use her instructions and patterns in their own way. "The role I like best," she says, "is that of facilitator and cheerleader."

Beware when you buy this book as your friends will beg, borrow and steal to get their hands on it.Everyone loves Sunbonnet Sue and you can adapt most of the designs to suit your project, if it is big or small.I started by making a small cushion and then progressed to bigger quilts. It's a must for anyone who has a daughter or grand-daughter.

My granddaughters wanted a Sunbonnet Sue quilt so I bought this book to give me some alternative ideas.
I have used it with another book to help me construct a pattern for their quilts
It is OK and if you are a Sunbonnet Sue lover this is a book for you.
