First that I've read by this author and I didn't over enjoy it. I liked the story but found the detail about wine growing excessive and boring. I couldn't really get into the characters as much as I would like and for this kind of genenere prefer the style of Barbara Erskine.

I have read all of Nathlie Meg Evans books to date but unfortunately for me this did not match up to her other ones.

I have read other books by the author and enjoyed them, this one I found a bit tedious. It didn't really grab me. It all seems a bit far fetched and also feels shallow. I found it disappointing

It was an ok read but rambled on a bit with a very disappointing ending as though the author had run out of ideas
