The stickers are good quality and have enough stick to be restuck quite a few times, even by a toddler's clumsy hands. The drawings are nice and colourful and are drawn with a certain amount of humour. The stickers are a range of different shapes and sizes so that keeps things interesting. Each page has a theme (for example flying kites) and a companion page of stickers. There are probably slightly more stickers than you need for each page so you can afford a few mishaps.
I would recommend this book for children aged from 18 mths (with close supervision) right up to about 9 or 10 years old, and it is suitable for boys and girls (In fact I must confess the husband and I have both had a little play with it.)I think it would be ideal to keep in your car or bag and whip out when boredom strikes.
You get over 500 stickers and 13 different scenes, most of which are double spreads (the book is roughly A4 size). The illustrations are great fun in nice soft colours with themes that would appeal to boys or girls (ocean, flower garden, zoo, funfair etc). What i really liked is that most of the stickers have a coloured background to match the scene they are to be stuck on; so for example the "sandy bay" stickers have blue backgrounds for the boats etc, yellow backgrounds for the beach huts and sunbathers, grey backgrounds for the cars on the road - this just gives the children a little clue as to where to position each sticker.
my only very small criticism would be that the pages of stickers would be better if perforated as we did have the odd tear of the stickers closest to the fold when taking out individual pages.
a brilliant value book for travel, holidays or just to keep on the shelf for bored moments.
This is one thick sticker book; lots of pages and while it does come with plenty of stickers, I don't believe it's the best one out there.
My daughter (almost five) has enjoyed the animal sticker books, the wedding and princess books and also the zoo and wildlife sticker books (all Usborne) but I didn't particularly enjoy the illustrations in this one, neither did my daughter. This is not to say the Illustrator herself isn't great, she is, and has contributed to other Usborne books which are lovely.
Anyway, for a book jam-packed with colourful stickers and scenes, the book is okay but I wouldn't purchase another.

Great book for amusing my 2.5 yr old on a long flight. Did the job really well (just wish he'd learn to put the stickers on the right pages...!).Published 18 months ago by Stormy Baby
