The item was received within 2 days of ordering in very good strong packaging and the communication received from the supplier was first class. The ginger pieces are about the same size as a £1 coin and are coated with white sugar.
I added ginger to my plain porridge in the morning, to tea, with fish, smoothies, stir fries and other sweet things such as ginger hand pies and pumpkin pie with ginger. I even ate it raw when I fancied something healthy. The ginger was especially useful when we were ill with a sore throat and cold. We added it with lemon & honey to hot water. In fact the whole family eat them and they were full of praise for the taste (my wife is usually very fussy).
When compared to other prices of ginger products in my local supermarkets, the Suma one is much cheaper, especially when purchased in bulk.
An essential ingredient to everyones kitchen cupboard
