I've came to meet Rachel recently, and was excited in the same way I was excited to view her book. Working for a university, I can see the challenges students are facing when battling with harsh finances and budgets, a matter which when comes to healthy eating normally may result in those calorie reach foods which may not do us all any good. Student Eat has been put together as a response for those challenges. Healthy food, on a budget, fast and easy to make. My guess, not only students will benefit from that. Book is very recommended to all, enjoy it all

I wish this book had been around when I was a student. I'd have been healthier and wealthier. The recipes are affordable but tasty and easy to prepare without being predictable. Like James Martin, Rachel has done a lot of research and practice to make sure the recipes actually work. The money you'll save while staying in shape makes this a steal at under a tenner. Everyone going to uni this Autumn should pack a copy with their lap top and pot plant.
