It's a great little book to introduce the reader to a subject that may seem common sense but will help you gain a little more understanding. One thing that is slightly off putting, are the typos, slightly muddled middle and abrupt ending. Still, it does the job.

Having recently lost both of my parents and my wife of 30 years in a 15 month period, I have struggled to make sense of life. This publication has unlocked " what makes me tick" and has helped me to move forward and to start to enjoy life and interact with everyone I encounter. Words of praise for the booklet are woefully inadequate. Read and enjoy!!!!!

An interesting book, short and worth a read.
Gets one thinking, which is good.
I will probably read all or parts again.
It talks about human contact and self worth and what we all needed for a healthy life.
And is unpacked in a way a layman can understand. A useful little book if you need or want to know about this subject, I would recommend it.

A really simple, clear outline of the strokes and hungers. I had just studied this for my Play-therapy class but really Catherine Holden does put things in such a tangible way it's worth paying the 77p to hear her version!

I'm relatively new to TA but this is to the point and well written on the area it covers; accessible and informative. Well worth the price at just under 80 pence.
