**I was given an ARC by one of the co-authors, Rachel Higginson, in return for an honest review**

GO BUY THIS BOOK! Go buy it right now!!!

Cami's life & heart are in shambles. She's been banished to the mountains...sent there to learn a lesson in order to become what she's told she needs to be. Stockton is dealing with demons & responsibilities of his own. He's broken but waiting. He needs something, or someone, to help him see the good in life. But, can they survive despite initial impressions and heartbreaks they've experienced?

I could not wait for this book to be available for purchase so I could review it and tell you how awesome it is! Rachel was the first indie writer that I've read and I simply stumbled upon her. As soon as I finished her first book I immediately purchased all of her other novels! It is not an exaggeration when I say that she is a phenomenal talent. Her characters and story lines never fail to draw me in. With that said I will be honest...when I first heard that she was co-writing this book I was a little bit skeptical. I didn't doubt that what she would write would be FAB but I didn't want her to mess with perfection by taking on a collaboration project. Within the first two chapters I realized that Rachel & Lila have hit a home run with this book and my worry disappeared. It does not disappoint! You will not regret making the purchase but you might find yourself ignoring your household, children, and responsibilities when you do! Once you start it, you will not want to put it down. I laughed, cried, and did not want this book to end. I was sad upon reaching the end but was soon thrilled when I saw a preview of the next book (which will be about Bridger, one of Stockton's brothers) in the epilogue!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and urge you take the time to discover Cami and Stockton!

I liked this book. Yes, its a fluffy romance novel, yes its all about the ideal love story and falling for someone you never thought you would, but yes, I am not ashamed to say I liked it a lot.

I liked the plot, the characters, I liked the main man (obviously, he is set up to be the worlds most perfect muscled kind and loving male), and I thought it was overall a good read. The plot had a number of different characters interwoven so it wasnt weak and the descriptors used throughout really did set a strong scene. I love a good happy ending.

This is a beautiful, good old fashion love story. You wanna smack Cami for being so self absorbed but your thankful that you see her grow to the point where she does it herself. Stockton is just lovely and its sweet to see both Cami and Will help him move past his parents death. No racy sex scenes but it's lovely the way the tension between them builds.

4.5 stars -- Beautiful love story wrapped up in a book about characters growing up. I was worried I wasn't going to like Cami, but she really was just a product of her upbringing in some ways. It was a pleasure to watch her grow up and see her own worth and potential. She just needed infinitely better people in her life to let her be who she was deep inside. The thing I always love about Ms. Higginson's heroines is their strength of character. They may have flaws and be broken, but deep down they are so strong, and that inner strength is what helps pull them through...it's not just about finding someone else to make you a better person, it's having them there to help you see what was there all along.

And Stockton....oh hells yes! He was just so sweet and adorable, but with his own set of roadblocks to work through. At times he almost came across as too good to be true, so I was strangely relieved when he epically lost his temper and his own inner struggle came to a head. Perfection is not always so great, so to see more of his flaws was relieving.

Now Stockton and Cami together? That's where this book really shines. They had great chemistry....so much tension it was GAH! But they had such a beautiful and innocent courtship -- exactly what Cami needed. It was definitely a love that saved them both. And I LOVED the squee worthy epilogue HEA at the end....*happy sigh*

I'm intrigued with the other brothers and the stories I know are coming up, but my true love was Will....she really shone, and I hope she gets her own book and HEA.

A light read, very enjoyable. I liked having both perspectives as things develop, it's quite funny to envision. And Cami is hilarious. I haven't laughed like that during a read in a while - I loved her, she was such a b**ch. :) The feelings they develop are strong, maybe too cheesy for some people (beware) but, as I said, it is a light theme.

I have read Higginson's zombie apocalypse and fantasy series' so I was really interested in reading something of hers that lacked any supernatural or action element, whether it was a collab or not, so praise to both HIgginson and Felix for this delightful addition to my Kindle collection.

Oh, and Cami and Stock's playlists at the end was a nice touch! Reminded me of Rachel Caine :3
