When I found out this book was being launched so close to Christmas I knew what my present to myself was going to be this year and honestly I was not disappointed!
I found the advice really constructive and practical (rather than unrealistically aspirational) and the actual book itself was really easy to navigate with sections for each strength and if you’re interested, or are new to strengths, there’s information about the science and general tips.
Without gushing too much I would definitely recommend this book to anyone whose taken strengths profile (or anyone whose thinking about it!). It’s a great companion to a great profile and everyone should have both!
Its has become a resource that my team use as a 'go to' and I would strongly recommend this for middle managers looking to help focus their teams on their hidden and sometimes undiscovered strength and talents.
Although the world is moving to more app led tools, It would be good to see this developed into a pocket simplified version for teams wishing to fast track for quick results.
I'd like to further explore my Strengths (& weaknesses) by completing the Strengths Profile assessment.
