Not the best to be honest. I would have liked a book that was more plan orientated. It felt like any other book on strength training.

Found this book so easy to use, great photos to explain the exercises, loved the section on Sprinting for faster and stronger running. I would recommend this book for any runners who like me are fed up with being injured and need to take strength and stretching more seriously.

A readabel book about different areas of strenght training, stretching, running drills etc that are all important tools for preconditioning the runners body for running.

Excellent book well written with plenty of suggestions on how to manage and plan your strength training. Clearly written and understandable. Would recommend.

This book is a rare example of concision, high quality information, and clarity. The book explains the basic of conditioning to prevent running injuries and provides a good training programme. One of the best in the field!
