streetcar is FFAF's latest release, taken from their up and coming 'hours' album. i swear, this song has been on repeat for the last 10 days...what a track! matt davies vocals shine through on this song, and the lyrics are just perfect. if the hours album is anything like this, funeral for a friend could be going multi platinum and making yet another classic album. just buy it...this is the song of the year

HASH(0x99aee8b8) out of 5 stars One of the best Rock singles in the last 10 years 30 Dec. 2015
By Jason Sum - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
From the haunting album hours
Streetcar is a insanely dark and deep song
The cover of the album (Hours) ties into the video for Streetcar
with the blonde chick in front of a locker flashing a bullet proof vest
The video is dark and haunting considering what it's really saying....

There are 3 versions of the song the studio cut, the demo and the rough demo
The demo is without a doubt the best version it's more rock (if that makes sense)
The rough demo is stripped and missing the opening dial tone (it's also a bit off like the music was overlapping the vocals. The vocals are also higher in pitch)

This is a brillaint single the album is really so under rated it's a real shame
They say that rock is dead they are probably right
Anyone looking for a real rock band look no further then Funeral for a Friend 10/10

HASH(0x99aeeba0) out of 5 stars For the true fan... 17 Jun. 2005

This is a must have. If you haven't heard Funeral then pick up one of their albums, but if you're a fan and want more from them you must get this single. The b side track "I am the arsonist" is a incredible beautiful acoustic song.

Yes, import singles are excessively expensive and you could almost buy a whole album for the cost... but if you love FFAF (like I do) you know that one bside from them is worth more than an album from many other bands. (Theres also the other version of the single with a different bside "Lazarus" to get as well)

And of course streetcar itself is a great song, plus you get the music video and a short and sweet making of video. Definately recommended.
