TOP 1000 REVIEWERon 28 May 2013
When they finally realised that Van Damme wasn't going to speak any clearer they searched for his replacement to fulfill the ever growing market for American produced Karate movies; Jeff Speakman was one of the favourites. This was the long awaited second feature from Mr Speakman and it's not as slick as his excellent debut The Perfect Weapon. A gang war is being instigated by some paramilitary types who want a gang war so they can profit from arms sales...yep it's that level of stupid. Speakman turns up to ruin their day. There's a sub plot about a missing kid and Speakman has some poorly acted scenes with a disinterested leading lady but when it's time for the cop socky, Speakman's your man. Christopher Neame hams it up as the villain and the two have a decent fight at the end with Neame quoting Shakespear and Speakman returning with a line from Terminator 2.

I was hoping for a whole lot more from this movie but i guess once you seen The Perfect Weapon anything of Jeff Speakman or even alot of other action movies is hard to beat.
I got this primarily because its Uncut and not out on dvd for the uk (or is it? not seen it anywhere) I transfered it to dvd myself and very happy with the quality of the videotape i was sent because ive delt with alot in the past that just flicker.
Its not to bad of a movie, action is ok but didnt find the story line interesting, could of been a whole lot better with more fight scenes.
Good for keeping in ones rare collection.
