This book gives a good description of Chuck's life as a Hells Angel and portrays his life and that of the club more accurately than most fictional books ever manage.
Everyone's opinion of the Hells Angels seems to be that they are a bunch of bad guys who care about nothing and no-one. This book gives the other side, showing that you can be an outlaw and still have a life, and a good one.
Chuck is a Hells Angel, a holder of 3 black belts in different martial arts and a very successful bodyguard to the stars. He has also done extensive acting with great success.
Not all bikers are bad and Chuck has managed to build a great life for himself while still staying true to his involvement with the Hells Angels.
A great book... and a fantastic read.

This book was half interesting to me, partly because I liked the role Chuck Zito played in the HBO prison series "Oz", and partly because my buddy Fin hangs out with Chuck in LA from time to time. However, literature it ain't, but the pace of the narrative moves along fast enough. It's actually quite amusing in many places, such as the story told by Chuck about his pal Lewis G. Alvin, who has to commute to work every day 2 hrs in each direction, and then comes home one day to find that his old lady Annie hasn't even gotten outa bed at 7pm, leaving the kids to run around in soiled diapers. Crazy woman has spent the day painting her toenails and watching daytime soaps. Poor old Lewis blows a gasket, chucks out Annie and sets up home with a couple of strippers from Wisconsin, and, hey, what a riot of a time they had! Or the stories about Chuck's biker buddy Morton Guerrerin, who rips everyone off in the neighborhood whilst also entertaining their wives, to the ignorance of his old lady Conchita! Chuck's a serious dude when it comes to the fighting, but the tale about him getting his hide licked by local businesswoman "Mad Val" makes you think that anything's possible. All in all, a good read, and probably the best book not written by the daughter of a prime minister this year! Worth buying from Amazon.

If your a biker or just generally interested in 'different' lives then this is a good read for you. Chuck has recently appeared in the 'Sons of Anarchy' series and this gives a very interesting look into the life of a very intersting guy.
