Each one is different so plenty of choice .. a real mix of issues, first kisses, escorts, young love, some sexy, some sweet.
It’s nice to get a flavour of unknown to me authors, a couple I will keep an eye open for in the future. Even though I read all of the book my favourite happens to be the first in the sequence .. Never Regret by Taylor Sullivan.
All-in-all a well written anthology put together to provide enjoyment .. I would recommend sampling one or more of these.
Thanks to all the authors and Xpresso Book Tours for the opportunity to read this in exchange for my honest opinion.
Key highlights for me were:
Jody Pardo- Left Swipe Chronicles, a laugh a minute.
Jaye Cox- Love in Photographs , the story of an amnesiac.
Cherry Shephard- Precious, the woes of being a virgin.
Having said that all the books were fantastic and I cannot put them all in here. Sorry.
It's a series that you just can't put down until you finish the book.

There a certain sense of satisfaction that I got from getting to the end of a good story quickly, but at the same time it left me wanting more. Many book lovers will know this feeling all too well. That sense of completion can also feel like a loss at the end. I opened the book for the last time and thought I was halfway through, only to realize I got through it so quickly I hardly had time to savor it. I'm just glad I can read it again.
With that being said, this anthology was totally worth the read. There were so many amazing stories contained in here. I loved that while they were all united by the kiss theme, several different genres were represented. There is something for everyone in this book. I found a few new authors that I have added to my "to read" list. You can't ask for better than that. Enjoying a good book, and finding more books that you will enjoy. I completely recommend Story of a Kiss!
It would be a very close race if I were to name a favorite story among these thirteen because the collection is very eclectic. You’ll find first kisses, lost loves, and even time travel. But the story that stuck longer with me was Crazy Beautiful Kisses. Not only because Colin Williams is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s and perfect and my newest book boyfriend but in fact because Kathryn L. James does a great job at tackling such a sensitive issue with grace and delicacy. No spoilers. Also because of the way she builds the story and sets the two main characters as old friends was very clever. It made the couple’s feelings seem more real and believable. Again I’m being deliberately vague in order to avoid spoilers.
Bottom line here is – these unforgettable kisses will take your breath away and leave you wanting more. After all, is that what unforgettable kisses are all about?
