4.0 out of 5 stars Intriguing Story 18 Jan. 2013
By Brandy N. - Published on Amazon.com

Steel, Magick, and Faith is a gripping tale that anyone can easily get lost in. Grish has created a wonderful world and shows us the symbolism of being unique. Two childhood friends, who are considered different, leave their childhood homes in search of foes, saving friends, and stopping a menacing threat. The characters in this story are well defined and likeable. My favorist character is Perfidian. Perfidian, to me, seems to understand and take things in stride. I will leave out spoilers, but in the end of the story, Perfidian speaks with his friends and you can just see what type of person Perfidian is defined as.

Anyone who like tales like Lord of the Rings, will love this tale full of steel, magick, and faith. I know there is more to come in the world that TP Grish has created and I for one am looking forward to seeing what happens next.
4.0 out of 5 stars A nice way to spend an evening 6 Sept. 2014

I really enjoyed stepping into this interesting world. I really liked the character Remus who, although an outcast, never hesitated to do the right thing by the very people who shunned him.

Very good read about the clash between the humans and the world of the fey.

3.0 out of 5 stars The Touched 16 Oct. 2014
By Kindle Customer - Published on Amazon.com

I liked this book. The storyline is great. There is discrimination in the small towns between the average human citizen, the Touched and the Fey kind. The touched is a person who has some magical abilities to control an element. Remus and his friends try to stop a war between the groups. There is mistrust on all sides. The war is averted due to two groups. The Touched, the hermit and the Fey form a temporary trust swapping some information. This group of individuals have the ability to look for the truth. The thing that I did not like about this book was because it felt like the author used a thesaurus in the writing. I had to keep looking up words to find their meaning. Overall this would be a good read for anyone

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Story but ... 20 Oct. 2016
By Kimberlie Currier - Published on Amazon.com

The story line was really good. But the writing was dry and the story needed a lot more fleshing out. I would suggest a rewrite, fleshing each of the neat characters out, and the places too. People like detail. Make us see all of the surroundings, not just the table and chair he is sitting in. And write like you are telling a story, with emotion, and less like you are dictating facts for a report. This story has wonderful potential!
