We've bought far more expensive cables that say they support 4k at 60Hz but don't.
In case it's of use to anyone we're running this from a Dell Thunderbolt TB16 240W powered Dock to a Dell UltraSharp 27 4K U2718Q Monitor.
The dock is running 2x 4k screens at 60 Hz.
Driven by a Dell XPS 13 9360 laptop.
Works perfectly.
