The good-
- These blades are made from very strong, high-carbon steel (can take 35kg of stress before bending, according to the included literature).
- The honed edge is exceptionally sharp, as can be expected from a reputable brand like Stanley.
- The blades are all very well-greased, which makes for easy switching of blades.

The bad-
- Every blade had 1-2mm chipped off the front and back of them when they arrived. A few chipped tips are to be expected, high-carbon steel is much more brittle compared to other blade materials; but for every blade to be chipped is in my mind unacceptable.
- The dispensing case, while good as a storage device, will only dispense 3 or 4 of the 10 blades before jamming. I had to pry open the container with a small screwdriver to access the rest of the blades.

Summary-
- The blades themselves are quite good, but by the time they'd reached me they had been made almost worthless; something which I found hugely frustrating, as I'm a Prime user.

One of those things I haven't bought in a long time, thinking my current knife blade wasn't that blunt. How wrong was I... These are very sharp and slice through things very easily (so far used for Carpet, Underlay, plastric panelling, and for opening cardboard boxes - I admit they're probably a bit excessive for that last use!).
I agree with some of the other reviews that the dispenser clip thing isn't that reliable, however it is easy to pop open and remove a blade manually...and I like it for keeping them safe in my toolbox (and without leaving the sharp bits exposed of course).

These blades are brilliant. I have been using them to cut some carpet in to small pieces. The blades are strong and very sharp. I also liked the fact that they came in a protective case that dispenses the blades one at a time. For the price I am delighted and would highly recommend these to anyone.

Very good blade better than cheap versions if you after a sharp cut and a blade that will last and not get blunt after a few aplication then this is the one for you a little bit more exspensive but its worth it

Been meaning to replace the blades in my Stanley Knives for years. Whenever I go to use them they are blunt. I'm constantly turning the blade round hoping that the other end is better – now I have a pack, brilliant! Should have done this years ago.

These are worth the money compared to cheap blades. They are strong, very sharp and last much longer than cheaper blades I've used.
