This book is ideal for those of us who can't tolerate wheat or dairy. The only thing missing is a bread recipe. Let's hope that Elizabeth Buxton writes some more recipe books - we need more! (especially more gooey sweets!)

My boyfriend has an allergy of wheat, gluten and so I saw this book on your website and decided to buy it for his birthday. She said it was one of his best presents and she can now eat better and know what to cook for herself. He deals with all sorts of allergies or things that people are just not allowed to eat, a brilliant book! I definitely recommend it, it even helps weight loss!

This book is for people who have dietry issues with wheat and dairy- also it's low sugar and salt. the puddings are great. on the down side there is no red meat recipes, but it does include chicken.over a useful tool for people like myself struggling with finding sutable foods.
