There is no review on these at the time of writing so thought I'd just give a tip to those looking at these squat stands.

Having recently bought the Bodymax CF310 squat stands I can see these are essentially the same product. At the time of writing the Bodymax CF310 stands are showings as: "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock" so if you had your eye on those these might be the ones to buy instead, probably these are just the newer version anyway.

The differences between the two are that the securing pins on this version cannot come out accidentally whereas the straight securing pins on the CF310 can do. The catcher bars have a rounded plate at the end (no sharp corners) whereas they were square on the CF310. Another change is the spring pull-action pin for the catchers on the CF310 appears to have a twist and pull action on this version. Finally a supporting strut at the bottom of the stand is now bolted rather than welded which probably allows the stands to be broken down better for shipping but should be irrelevant otherwise.

The big improvement seems to be the price.... I paid £79.99 with free shipping for these only a month or so ago while these are only £49.95 + £8.90 UK delivery.

Had to give a star rating on these to leave a "review". I would have given my version 4 stars so I'll give 5 for these as they seem to have improved on things somewhat.

The earlier review seems spot on in description and will also be changing the pull pins for a solid bolt sa the pull pins are as strong, the stands are very robust, and sturdy for 58 pound including delivery I'm more than happy, I already use 80kg on these and in my opinion they can take more weight than the 100kg stated. Fanatic product. Two day delivery time was also excellent.

These racks do the job perfectly, they are adjustable for your height (up to around 6 ft 1 inches.) The exercises you can do on these are dips (On lower handles), bench press, squat, seated or standed barbell shoulder press amongst others! The price is very affordable for what you get and would recommend these to anyone who wants to get serious about working out or getting stronger!

I purchased these stands to use for squats, bench and seated shoulder press. I found them great to begin with but now that my lifts are progressing the stands feel very unstable. I should point out that I'm a tall at 6'4" so I have the pins at their maximum height when squatting in order to get the bar at mid-chest height. As a result, the upper part of the stands buckle inwards and wobble.

The screw-in safety catches are of use when using a flat bench but they aren't going to be of any use to if you get stuck at the bottom of a squat using a heavy weight, especially if you are on your own without a spotter.

Overall, the stands are a great way to start out. If you don't take to weight lifting them I suppose you haven't wasted a lot of money but I'd suggest that if you stick at it, you'll be wanting to invest in a power rack within 6-12 months (especially if you train alone), its a lot safer which means you'll attempt lifts with a lot more confidence. They can be had for as little as £200-£400 if you shop around and they tend to hold their value.

If space is an issue then alternative sturdier compact racks are available, Marcy have a decent range worth exploring.

Fast delivery and more robust than expected. Superb value. Sturdy enough but take care when using at full extension as could topple over if weight not lowered with care. Great quality for the price.

Pity my stuff arrived so late (1 month) but at the end I have it and it seems to be quite strong and stable. One negative point maybe: the low arm is too low to be used for bench press and the second arm is a bit to high. One intermediate position would have been perfect.

Came in the time had been told, husband set them up with ease and been happy with them. He has said the stability could be better but fine for the price suppose. Good enough for his garage workouts! :)
