I had ordered this on the 2nd of January but decide to wait till I had gotten a few weeks of use out of it and I have to say I am happy with my purchase. It does exactly as described and to those stating it breaks after a week of use it does recommend using it with a case and I'd recommend the Case-Mate Tough Case for Xperia Z. I work in a rather large bakery that gets really messy due to dough and flour, as you can expect while using a phone in these conditions it will get caked with dust. The screen was covered with dust after a few hours but a quick rinse under the tap and a wipe of a cloth and the screen was like new, not even a scratch on it as you would expect with most screen protectors. You will get smudges often on it due to grease from your fingers but again a quick wipe of even a dry cloth and its gone. The touch response hasn't been compromised thanks to how thin the sheet of glass is so there is no worries there. Application of the screen itself was at first a bit worrisome seeing as it was a thin sheet of glass but with a bit of patience and control of strength it applies very easily. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who prefers not having their smartphone in a full cover case and wants quick access when taken out of the pocket.

BUT I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH IT DOES NEED A CASE SO THE CORNERS WONT GET CHIPPED AS YOU TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR POCKET OFTEN!!

For many of the smartphone user, we may buy screen protectors for our "baby".
I will have to say this glass can give you a great protection.
However, it will also give your phone some weight.
I believe it have all the features shows on the box,
I will have a use then update my review :)

Apart from the front glass, I would like to mention the back cover as well.
It is a 3H cover, which means it is 'hard', if you know what I mean.
It helps me to install it on my phone easier. Crystal clear as well :)
So I like it.

As it is a update version, so there is a hole for the proximity sensor, so no need to worry as the problem is solved.

For Oleophobic Coating, I believe it is better than the cheap screen protector.

So from my point of view, if you consider yourself is a careful user,
and you never drop your smartphone (Like me)
you may want to decide if you would like to pay this much for a glass
as I believe if you just want the feature of this glass,
such as scratch, oleophobic coating etc,
a cheaper version of screen protector might be available in the market
(Of cause for a cheaper price you may not look for the glass, but just a normal screen protector)

So, I hope my review can help some of you to decide if you really want a glass, or just a quality screen protector.

P.S. I gave 4/5 stars because of the price, if it can go down a bit then it will be nice.

Firstly I'd like to say how much better this is than traditional screen protectors, if you couldn't see the edges you wouldn't even know it was there, no dulling of the display like traditional protectors and the feeling when you touch it is heavenly!

Sounds like the perfect screen protector? It would be if it wasn't for one MAJOR flaw. This this is fragile, and I don't mean "drop it and it will break", I mean you only have to look at it the wrong way and it begins to crack at the edges.

For what it's worth, having read other reviews, I kept the phone in a thick leather flip case AND treated it with more care than I've ever given an inanimate object and yet I still only lasted a little over a week before the first crack appeared. At first I thought "OK, not the best but it's basically invisible with the screen on so I'll see how it goes" but within a day or so that crack had become 3, in a week the screen is barely legible due to the spider's web of cracks that seem to multiply faster than bacteria.

In short: Lovely screen protector but only really of any use if you never use your phone or don't mind buying a new one once a week.

just received and installed the SPIGEN SGP Sony Xperia Z Screen Protector GLAS.t SLIM on my Xperia Z.The feel of the glas t is unbelievable(some can argue better than just bare screen),the clarity awesome and it looks absolutely beautiful.the downside is the price of course(if you take into account that they don't offer life time warranty for glas t-unlike the rest spg products) and it's still to early to tell about the strength of the glas t itself,especially around the corners-edges,cause i ve read about people chipping it just by using the dock..
Anyway , till now it's by far the best screenprotector i've used

EDIT -> 01/06/2013:The glas t protector just chipped at the bottom left corner of the phone whithout even dropping it(probably due to the use of original DK26 charging dock)and even with extremely carefull treatment of the phone... :(
It seems that it's not worth the money after all if it can't even endure a few days of (careful!) use...
