The only issue that we encountered was that it's rather tricky to get the iPad in and out of the case. There is a way to do it a bit more easily, however: insert the iPad into the bottom edge of the case first (as this is the least flexible bit), then the top right, then the top left (which is the most flexible because of the holes for camera and volume buttons). Not sure why this isn't mentioned on the packaging!
It is an overall good sturdy protective case, but poor cut-outs of the holes etc. I will returning this to Amazon and complaining because its cost me money replacing the cables twice
