I do this in my bedroom- a small space so I can't jump or kick or I would knock stuff over. I had a brilliant tape that I could do easily in my room but lost it!!!! It was Liz Earle's Bikini Work out and really worked for me. I wish I could have seen this first as I don't thinl I would have bought it- I can't to lunges as I have bad knees. saying that it is quite enjoyable - I just do different moves at bits I don't like.
