From the Publisher
The story is a spellbinding time travel voyage, filled with passionate seduction, shocking deceit and grand adventure. The love scenes are tasteful, yet lusty and amorous. The characters are well-rounded and believable. The adventure is very fast paced with action upon action making the reader want to continue to see what will happen next. You will be drawn into the romance when Sara first stares into Damiens eyes in his portrait. You will be excited when they first meet in the woods. Feel Saras apprehension as she realizes that the duke has traveled through time and her imaginary love is very much alive as he holds her down on the ground and takes his first kiss from her. Feel disgust for Richard Downing as well as his descendent and wonder what they will do to rid their lives of the young duke. As you read the story, empathize with the hero, coming to you own conclusions on what will happen to him and be surprised and anxious upon the conclusion. If you want!
an enjoyable, yet highly sexual adventure, then read the book and take pleasure in the happy ending. Damiens dark good looks will capture your heart from the first chapter and will become an unforgettable hero.
From the Author
Ever think about time travel? Ever think of what you would or could show someone from the past? I had great fun writing this book and hopefully, you will have a great read out of it. I imagined what perfect love would be like and wrote it. The narrative is a pure love story where the hero tries to get the girl, hoping to live happily ever after, while working his way through dangerous situations, dealing with a treacherous adversary who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. The highly dramatic ending will have you hanging on the end of your chair will he or wont he? Sorry, you have to get the book to find out what?

Reading this will seriously insult your intelligence; I can honestly say this is the worst book I've ever read. In places, I found the storyline so poor it was beyond laughable, the spelling and grammar was terrible, and in short the book was completely overpriced nonsense.
One star was the lowest option given; that's a pity as it deserves much less. Never having heard of Lulu Publishers and after researching them it now makes sense why the book is so expensive and the proof-reading non-existent.
Save your money and steer clear of this piece of utter drivel.
I wouldn't even read this book if it was for free.
I am extremely disappointed. The storyline is awful and badly written - had to read only few pages for that to realise it.
Who ever would publish this book in the first place??? It is beyond my understanding...

This romance opens in 19th century England where Damien Whitehall, Duke of Norfolk, has been having strange dreams of falling into a deep, dark hole and being rescued by a green-eyed lady in white. Smuggler Lord Richard Downing cheats Damien's brother out of the Whitehall fortune. Damien devises a plan to get back his family's wealth. One dark, stormy night, dressed as a highwayman, he steals Lady Downing's jewels and by some mysterious trick of nature, he is transported through time. Focus shifts to the present. American Mary Ann Downing receives word that she has inherited half of a manor in England. She and her friend Sara travel to London to look over Mary Ann's inheritance and make arrangements to sell her half to her cousin, Richard Downing. Sara falls in love with a portrait of Damien at Whitehall Manor and is shocked to meet him when he travels through time. Can Damien once again try to save his home and his life from the descendent of the man who tried to kill him in the past?
