Just loving Sci Fi all over again!

This volume was fun reading for me. I had wandered away from fresh Science Fiction for a few decades. This was a nice way of bringing me back to pursuing the genre. I enjoyed these stories tremendously, especially Mindflow, by Cedar Sanderson.
SF but, tending toward horror
20 May 2013 - Published on Amazon.com
An interesting collection of short SF/Horror stories. There are some stories that are almost gruesome such as the look inside the mind of someone being driven insane, and the more haunting stories that don't hit you as horror til the next day. Mindflow by Cedar Sanderson is a wonderful example of the latter. She takes a noble woman and has her do her best for everyone at the cost of her mortal life. She is not totally lost though because she was "uploaded" into a computer. Think about the story for very long and the frisson is entirely horror.
