If it's published by Tor, it's going to be 'good' (which of course doesn't mean you will like everything in it).
This is a terrific introduction to authors you may not have read yet, whilst including ones you might already know.
If you hit a 60% 'like' rate, and go on to buy full length books, you are winning.
Oh what a delight to read stories which have been properly edited!
I could say the same for the 2012 and 2011 editions.
