Possibly a bit controversial from the American point of view but for me it was an excellent version of Custer's last stand and gave a good insight to events leading up to the battle. The characters named were all real people and the author managed to make me feel as if I was actually there.I cannot comment on the acuracy of the detail but for me an avid reader of the American Wild West it was an exciting and fast mooving read.I would recommend this kindle book to anyone who loves adventure mixed in with history.

ANOTHER GOOD BOOK THAT BALANCES THE OUTLOOK THAT EVERYONE IS USED TO OF BEATING THE SAVAVGES.WE REALISE THAT PERHAPS THE SAVAGES WERE ACTUALLY THE SO CALLED CIVILISED PEOPLE.WHO CAME ALONG TO TAKE ALL RESOURCES AND WASTE A LOT OF IT FOR LAND AND MONEY.THINKING THEMSELVES BETTER THAN THE ACTUAL INHABITANTS OF THAT LAND.AND IN THINKING THEMSELVES SUPERIOR HAVE A FEW LOST BATTLES TO THE INFERIOR PEOPLE.THEN TO THINK THAT THEY HAVE BEEN WRONGED
